The food here is amazing! Especially the "mutton dak bunglow with boiled egg," the mutton taste soft. The fish curry ( Katla Shorshe and Katla Kaalia) were nice, too. Although the clerk speak limited English, they're still very nice.

One of the best restaurants of the area. Different types of delicious Bengali foods. Restaurant is spacious and clean. Staffs are cooperative. Owner (Ms Chowdhury) is also very friendly. I suggest to offer breakfast/nasta for the customers in the morning. The 5th Star is pending for the breakfast. Apart from that it's a FIVE STAR FAMILY RESTAURANT.
Awesome!!! This is my new favourite Bengoli resturant in Kolkata. The food is super super yummy. Perfectly caters to my taste buds. The food were fresh and warm and the staffs were hospitable. Food presentation were simple but serves the purpose and the pictures of different Bengali dishes inside the restaurant gives me the yummy vibes. I was drooling by looking at the pictures while waiting for my order. I was 101% satisfied with whatever we ordered and the service. Definitely going again to taste other items in the menu . This time forgot to take pics because I was busy eating. By the way the rates were very very reasonable. The best Bengali restaurant I have ever been to is called "Ichhamotee". It is located in 16 Marquise Street,Kolkata-7000016. The food was absolutely amazing. The service was great and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be back to this restaurant the next time I am in Kolkata.I highly recommend authentic to anyone looking for a fantastic Bengali dining experience.
My first visit to a Bangladeshi cuisine serving restaurant was Ichamotee. The food, the atmosphere, and the staff behaviour everything was just top notch. Well maintained and hygienic place. The service was quick and food was served fresh.
