Worst. The ice cream we got all melted and we tried to freez it for 3 days and it was not getting in solid form. It became full liquid and we literally went to shop to return and they didn't even exchange the ice cream and asked us to come after 3 hrs. After 3 hrs we went and the ice cream was not solidified yet. They made us travel 3 times and they didnt even exchange the ice cream . So, please check the ice cream before you buy it.
I have purchased ice cream from this shop and went to other shop beside him to purchase someother item and the bloody owner of this shop has removed air from my car tyre. Pathetic person to talk to and no proper customer response. This person who acclaims to be some reddy is disgusting and has a lot of attitude.
Disappointed very much, purchased a family pack nutty ice cream just before Dasahara. The nuts were soggy & cream is also not softy this time. Don't have time to go to shop & return. I thought to give negative rating if Google provides option.
