I was visiting from outside Kolkata and needed to get my mother operated for cataract. I was referred Dr. Swati's iCare clinic by a friend. I am writing this as my experience throughout the time I interacted with Dr. Swati and her staff has been way beyond what I would have expected of the healthcare system in Kolkata. Dr. Swati and her staff went well beyond what was needed to get the surgery done. Their behavior and attitude, patience to answer questions and availability at every step of the process from initial assessment to surgery and post operative care is nothing short of exceptional.
