Good, well maintained, neat and clean hospital. All processes are streamlined , from reception to surgery and discharge. Staff is cooperative. Washrooms are neat and clean. They have a free valet for parking. The hospital needs to reduce the time of documentation for post surgery discharge.
Our 4 yr old had blocked tear duct since birth and we visited iCare hospital for the same. The process and communication there was very smooth. Each staff member was polite and assissted at each step. We got syringing probing done by Dr. Nupur Goel and she explained the procedure clearly and guided us patiently. Anesthesia specialist Dr Kaul was friendly and approachable. Before and during the procedure, the doctors made our kid absolutely comfortable and he made thru it without even realizing anything was done to his eye at all. A big thank you to Dr. Nupur Goel, Dr. Kaul and each member of the staff for our comforting experience.
