I had visited here when they were celebrating 1st lac day. The employees although they will be my professors were very talented. They introduced us with all different trees on which they cultivate lac. They were very humble and sweet. This place is really very interesting. They made us visit there all the fields, nursery, polyhouse, equipment section, halls. Do visit this place. This place is all about known for gums and resins. Do training from this place will be also very effective as they make the trainees to visit many places. The training will be very worth.

Loved it. Staff, professors and Head of the department all are very much available to share their views and experiences. Got all the information I wanted.

This Institute at national level for research and development on all aspects of lac and other natural gums & resins like excluding production . such as harvesting/ tapping, processing, product development, training, information repository, technology dissemination and national/international cooperation.

Previously known as Indian Lac Research Institute. It has a very big campus for growing of lac and it also serves for greenery as it has a lot of trees planted. You can get training of how to grow lac here. It also has library, guestroom and canteen facility within the campus. It's a very cool,calm peaceful place for such training.

A very good and informative research institute on lac and resins / gums.. Campus is natural green.. Very old institute... established in 1920.. Library is very rich in entomology and chemistry.. Now name of the institute has changed ICAR NISA (National Institute of Secondary Agriculture)..

IINRG is only institute in India which research on Lac and Gums.. this institute is really great and adorable. IINRG helps farmers, many villages and villages groups for growing their livelihood and enterprise in Lac cultivation and processing also.
