I have joined as Fitness Trainer in Sports Life Fitness Centre under Sports Kerala Foundation( Govt. Of Kerala). I am truly happy to take Advanced Certified Fitness Management and Personal Trainer course at DR ICP ACADEMY, Kollam. That was a great course with a great instructor Dr Sibu sir and I have got one of the most remarkable learning experience there. Although the course was challenging and mentally demanding, with the incredible guidance of exceptional tutors like Dr Sibu sir, I have got the ability to persevere, succeed, and flourish on this field.Your proper guidance and support helped me to perform well and get selection from a huge number of candidates in the interview.There is an abundance of knowledge to acquire and numerous rewards to reap, and DR ICP Academy provides an ideal environment for that. I am a beauty advisor and i got to know about this institute and future of this field through my fitness trainer Mr.vivek kanur(former ICP student). so i came to join this institute. I learned a lot about how to properly use gym equipment and how to safely training our clients and also gym management. I studied there on a hostel through that i got good practice section and more training The instructor Sibu sir was very knowledgeable and he clear all my doubts and questions that I had. I'm Amal Boban, a Professional bodybuilder who has many prizes including Mr Trivandrum and Mr . Kerala currently working as a fitness trainer in Oman. For my further progress in the fitness field, I want a level 5 certificate. Also, I have limited leave in Kerala. So I started to scout for a good institution for my needs. I was recommended to IC Park by my friend who was studying at another institution for the last six months and still, didn't complete the course. I am very happy to say that I completed my course within my time limit at IC Park. It's been a very interesting and useful period of my life at IC PARK. The International quality of training is the main attraction. Instructor Sibu sir is a very friendly and knowledgeable person. With his directions, we can acquire so much knowledge in the Fitness field. I will strongly recommend IC Park to others without any hesitation.

Classic gym: Their classic gym is congested. Machines are placed really close together. Also, the atmosphere is really dark. Premium gym: I visited the gym to know the experience. Despite being the "so called" premium, there was no trial. They asked me to pay 300 if I wanted to take the trial. The female trainer I met was really rude. The atmosphere was not encouraging for me to even do workout a day. I will never go near this gym in my life. People don't just go to gym for body building. It's a place for relaxation as well. Hire well mannered trainers and staff, that is the least any institution can do.

Hello myself FAIZAL J, recently i had an admirable experience with IC- Park . I have joined for the Personal and Fitness Trainer Level- 3 which is an internationally accredited course , via Delta Unisex Gym at pallurithy. Finally i have accomplished the certification by the sessions were took by Neeraj Sir . The classes had been effective and easy understanding . I went to kollam for my exam where I met SIBU Sir . Also he took a class on FIRST AID which was mind-blowing and excellent. He is a down-to-earth person who behaved well mannered and polite. As far as i am concerned, this is the outstanding institution to study about fitness and related matters in an affordable rate. I am eternally grateful to SIBU Sir for his top- notch and worthy class
