The tomb of Ibrahim Lodhi is situated in Panipath. It is one of the most visited places in Haryana. He was the last Sultan of the Delhi Sultanate. Ibrahim Lodhi became Sultan in 1517 after the death of his father Sikandar Khan Lodii and He was the last ruler of the Lodi dynasty. He rules for nine years until 1526. After that, he was defeated and killed at the Battle of Panipat by Babur's invading army. This majestic tomb is amazing. If you are in Haryana, Don't miss the chance to visit this place.
The Tomb of Ibrahim Lodhi, the last Sultan of Delhi who was from the Lodhi Dynasty, is located near the gurudwara. It is situated amidst a small garden. It is located at a walking distance from GT Karnal road. It is an open tomb with a grave of Ibrahim Lodhi. This is the place where the deceased body of the Sultan was buried after his defeat in the first battle of Panipat in 1536 AD at the hands of Babur, who subsequently led to the foundation of the Mughal Empire in the Indian subcontinent. The monument is currently maintained by the Department of Archives and Archaeology, Government of Haryana. A must visit place. Well maintained with the cooperation of the Municipal Corporation of Panipat city.
Battery rickshaw also goes here, you need to ask for lodi park. This place is good but not well maintained. The washroom is there in the park, the water cooler as well but local people don't respect the monument as you can see the statues are destroyed. But this happens because people are not aware of the place and tourists don't visit much that's why the government doesn't take the initiative to maintain the site. I suggest everyone after visit send a mail to Haryana tourism send your feedback for improvement and help changing the world.

Ibrahim Lodi (d. 21 April 1526) was the last sultan of Delhi. He was an ethnic Pashtun. He became sultan in 1517 after Sikandar Lodi died.[1] Sikandar was his father and Ibrahim was soon challenged by his younger brother, Jalal Kahn.[2] Ibrahim had military skills.[ Babur defeated Ibrahim Lodi in the first battle of Panipat in 1526. In this Babur used the Rumi (Ottoman) device of lashing a large number of carts to form a defending wall with breastwork in between to rest guns (Tughlama system of welfare). His artillery was led by Ustad Ali and Mustafa. It marked the beginning of the Mughal Empire. This was one of the earliest battles involving gun powder firearms and field artillery.[5]

Ibrahim Lodi became the Sultan of Delhi in 1517 after the death of his father Sikandar. He was the last ruler of the Lodi dynasty, reigning for nine years between 1517 until being defeated and killed at the battle of Panipat by Babur's invading army in 1526, giving way to the emergence of the Mughal Empire in India. Ibrahim was an ethnic Pashtun. He attained the throne upon the death of his father, Sikandar, but was not blessed with the same ruling capability. He faced a number of rebellions. The Mewar ruler Rana Sangram Singh extended his empire right up to western Uttar Pradesh and threatened to attack Agra. There was rebellion in the East also. Ibrahim Lodi also displeased the nobility when he replaced old and senior commanders by younger ones who were loyal to him. His Afghan nobility eventually invited Babur to invade India and Rana Sanga invited Babur to invade India, so that Ranga Sanga can rule Delhi.
