Its a nice gym considering all the parameters. Timings, machine, Trainers and services are worth it. I've only started recently and was not a gym person but based on my comfortable experience I am looking forward to continue at it. There are other gyms as well in kadubesanhalli area but there were some or the other issues with them. I like the location and if you want you can also try swimming which is there in the same building. Would recommend it.

I have tried almost all the swimming pools in the neighborhood and I found this one the best. The space is good. Seprate pool for kids. It's an indoor pool so you can go there anytime in the business hour. There is music in the background too. You can book it through Playo app or you can go directly and book. They accept cash and upi. Not sure about cards. It has big lockers. Washrooms are decent. On weekdays, the price is Rs200/hr per person and on weekends it's Rs250/hr per person. My only issue with the management team is that on weekends it gets really crowed and it's very irritating. You can't freely move. There should be a limit fixed for number of people at a time.

Paying 250 each for dirty swimming is totally not worth it! It's more of open lake just with no fishes

Have been gymming here for 4-5 months. Great gym with great equipments and the coaches are helpful too. They provide a monthly assessment facility which gives you a great insight into what your goals should be like how much fat you need lose, how much muscle you need to gain etc

Awesome place for gymming. They have temperature controlled swimming pool at the first floor, function hall on the second, gym on the third and a badminton court on the fourth floor. its overall a sports club. Gym is very good with proper trainers and smooth equipments. Gym has steam bath facility and they run zumba classes too twice or thrice a week. Regular BMI checkups and diet consulting is also available. Staffs are courteous but the memberships for less than a year is at a higher end in price.

Half of time no power and Ac and AHU is just for Name sake, I mean if you are not able to maintain the facility why you are running it? After investing a handsome amount we are not getting anything in return, it feels so suffocated at times due to overcrowd and no Ac flow, Highly Disappointing.

Opened 8 months before. They got brand new equipments for each workout. Very spacious gym. But there is not much weights available for barbells. And they should regularly clean up the machines in frequent intervals. Noticed dust accumulating very fast. Trainers are fit and helpful.
