My friend Mr. Chanchal Mohan has booked the hotel online yesterday on 21-05-2022 but when we reached there, we came to know that the hotel is closed from more than last six months. Refund of booking amount is yet to receive. This is not fair deal. If the hotel is closed, then why booking through OYO app is accepted?
