Very minimalist approach. Room service is very much delayed. One of the lifts was not working for few hours on multiple days. Front desk staff could be a bit more attentive and caring. Many standard toiletries are not kept in the room. I requested for a toothbrush on day 1 of my 8 day stay and they way the team spoke to me I felt ashamed that I had to ask for a toothbrush. Maintenance of the bathroom is also not good. Water was getting clogged while taking bath. I was not interested to speak about this to front desk due to the toothbrush discussion experience.

Disappointed the way service team is treating you here. On the name of policy making the money just paid 2700 extra for the early check in that too when the room is available. Very rigid, train the team specially who are there at reception. Thats my first and last visit at this property as can't take this kind of attitude & rigid policy. NUTSHELL THEY ARE INTERSTED TO MAKE MONEY RATHER THEN MAKING THE CUSTOMER.

These guys have made a business of charging early check in. Despite giving customer a good service to stand out good for customers they do not have even sense how to take customer in good hands. I flew from Delhi early as I wasn't having any choice of flight after 6 am. I came here at 9 am and asked them to give a early check-in but they asked extra charges just for 2 hours, check in time in every hotel is 11 am , their timings are 2 pm, Crazy ! Well if you will speak to the Manager She is sugar coated spoken. Highly derate this hotel staff.

I stayed here for 28 days for business purpose , the rooms are very small and the toilet is smaller than the toilets in trains. The room cleaning boy was very energetic and good. Without asking g they won't provide chappal and dental.kit everyday.foe the money per day is not worthy in room size as well as shower room . The staffsvate very good. Facilities are very poor.

It's was a great experience. I stayed at Ibis Pune for one week and everything from service to food and comfort was top tier. Staff was very helpful and supportive and friendly. All in all great. Highly recommend.

Good business hotel, rooms are clean and staff is well trained to offer assistance to any needs. Rooms could have been a bit bigger. I highly recommend this place if you need to stay for few days.
