I'm really satisfied with the services. Especially room service and food service. People working there are really good to interact, I never forget Mahesh from House Keeping department, he was always put a smile on his face and his services also really good. I strongly recommend this place to family and professionals.

During my recent trip to Pune, I stayed at Ibis Hotel, and was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and value it provided. Though the hotel is not as lavish as some, the staff was welcoming and always ready to assist. My room was clean, cozy, and equipped with the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. It also included a gym and was equipped with basic gym equipments. The location was quite convenient, with easy access to public transportation , shopping malls and nearby attractions. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option without compromising on cleanliness and basic comfort, I recommend giving this a try. It's a solid choice for travellers seeking practical accommodations.

Very calm, polite and helpful front desk staff, always ready to assist. They allowed me early check in and late check-out also. Room is small as it is the same in Ibis everywhere and the bathroom is even smaller but absolutely cleanly maintained and comes with an panoramic mountain view on the 4th floor. Room service is quite prompt. Overall nice experience and I would like to come again.

Hotel Ibis has become our go-to place every time we visit this town, and it's for good reason. The consistent excellence in service keeps us coming back. Special mention goes to Bajrang, who was consistently prompt, kind, and excellent in keeping our room spotless. Moreover, the Manager and the front desk staff were always helpful and accommodating, ensuring that our stays were memorable. We greatly appreciate their outstanding service and look forward to our next visit.

I had a pleasant experience at this cool hotel, especially the warmth shown by its staff. They were professional and prompt. Most of the 3-stars I've been to in the last few years lacked at least in one or two aspects, be it food served or room services, but Ibis ticked most boxes. It was an added bonus that their infrastructure is pretty and hygienic. Strongly recommended.

Great service. Very polite staff. Mayur took care of my room and he was very good with it. Stayed there for an extended period and always found my room clean and sorted.
