We went to the restaurant as the hotel falls on the way to Mumbai. We must say the food was outstanding. The staffs are also very responsive and professional. Special thanks to their head chef Anuj who came out and greeted all the people. He is very well mannered and the food served was also excellent.

So the ibis hotel provides self service Till our check our the room service never arrived. However the pricing is reasonable comparative to other hotels. Cocktails is must try. Food is average . The rooms are very compact !

Very good Hotel in Navi Mumbai and very nearby located to airport Breakfast was awesome with a decent number of options, and fresh juice is an added advantage. The rooms are very spacious and hygienic. So humble nature of staff really made us felt welcome.
Hotel rooms are good, Problem is with contacting restaurant or front office or house keeping they never answer calls when you call from land phone in the room. Spice it restaurant do not have sufficient space to accommodate gusts I'm hotel for sitting to have dinner. Even dinner menu is not that great. Breakfast was good, but seats are not sufficient. Location is good for finding taxi, but odd location of slum area.
Food and food menu was very poor, people go with such kind of hotels for a good food else any 2 start hotel room gives the same amount of comfort. No choices and limited menu all in breakfast and room service. Service at breakfast was very slow, eventually I have to leave as was not getting proper response for some of the requirements.
