The hotel is clean and welcoming. Check in and Check out process were smooth. Rooms are small and so do the washrooms. The design of the rooms suits for business travels and may not be for who are under leisure trip. Though small, rooms are neat with reasonable amenities. Housekeeping division can provide some basic toiletries without request. Had breakfast from the restaurant situated in the ground floor. Food was tasty and spread was decent. Real appreciation for the Chef. Main advantage is the proximity to the domestic airport.

Ibis is located near Mumbai airport. Suitable for business travel. Rooms are small ... reasonably well maintained. Place is hygienic. Room air conditioning not very effective especially in the night...room becomes stuffy and disturbs sleep. Lounge is reasonably well decorated. Lobby space constrained. Parking facilities reasonable. Food quality is reasonably good. Breakfast spread ok but repeatitive. Service slow. Reception staff slow in response. Calls go unanswered many a times. Customers have to request repeatedly for the assistance. Place is expensive....not value for money. However locational advantage needs to be kept in mind. Go for it if limited by choices.

Amazing ambience of the restaurant. Excellent food served here at Spiceit restaurant, You must go for some authentic regional menu suggested by server. Staff were very helpful and courteous, specially Shabbir help us very well. Even he is looking after entire stay. Thank you for your excellent service .

Excellent sound proofing considering it's next to your highway. Great location. Service is not great though especially in your restaurant. The stewards kept standing in a corner and talking

Experience was good. But they didn't had any hard copy of the menu,which made it difficult for my father to order when I was out for work. Although the waiters help him in placing the order but availability of a hard copy of the menu should be thought so that people who can't use smartphones can also order from the variety.

Excellent food of the buffet breakfast , amazing ambiance of the restaurant.. superb and delicious food.. Thank you for a great service. Enjoyed a lot .will visit again.

Terribly claustrophobic, ugly, small rooms, not made for human beings. Kennels of the pet hotels have bigger sizes!! The one who designed it probably loves the idea of new world order, when globalists will treat us all like cattle, not humans. The worst hotel I have been to, I was feeling like suffocating.

Worst Experience anyone can have. Ac not working after repeated request a technician came and said sorry sir Ac are not working and you can take a fan . We had booked 3 rooms . Same issue in every room . Never expected this from IBIS Hotel , we would never come again in such a pathetic hotel and will not recommend to any one .
