One of the best hotel experiences I have had. Check in was seamless, the front desk staff was gracious enough to honour my request for an upgrade since we were there for a special occasion. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The staff were amazing, front desk, restaurant staff, security.. every single person was helpful. Akash was one of the many staff members who went a step beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The access to beach was great, the recreational lounge, kids club and swimming pool was amazing. I could go on, but if you're looking for a wholesome stay with good service and fun activities, it is an amazing hotel
Have stayed here twice in last 4 months a d must say I have had a very good experience on both occassions. Rooms are neat & clean. Service is impeccable. The location of the hotel is great and you get good all round views of the city from the room windows.
Rooms are so neat and clean. Best place for business travellers. Check in was very quick. All the foods was very good and tasty. Restaurant service was nice. All the staffs are very friendly. We will visit again definately

Extremely rude response from the reception staff. I was bluntly refused a polite, clear explanation. I was about to book a room (travelling with child) requested for an early check in(after 12 pm) as check in is mentioned as 2 pm. A polite denial would have been better in case there is no feasibility. The staff seems to talk so rude (sounded like a hostel warden ). Didnt expect this kind of an experience from such a hotel. Thank god, saved from some horrible people. Highly disappointed.
Great Location at Main Business point. Rooms are well cleaned and maintained, comfort is good. Buffet Breakfast is completely out of the words, nothing more you could ask for and Ultimately Value for Every penny. Good Job Ibis
I called 2 days before check-in and informed that I will check in and informed that I will reach at 8 a.m in the morning and leave at 4 p.m in the evening. The person who attended the call informed that the tariff will be 2800 + taxes, I agreed and the room was booked. On the day of checkin the person in reception demanded 2000 extra for early check-in and I paid because I had no other option.I paid 4700 for just half a day stay and no bill was given. I will never stay in this hotel after this bar experience.
