We have loved it here. Super polite and appropriately friendly staff they really went above and beyond to give that old fashioned personal touch to make sure we were happy here. Attentive but not intrusive. This place has implemented as many eco friendly measures as possible. The buffet & food is excellent, high grade, so many veggie & healthy options. Definitely include breakfast in your booking. Had a great old fashioned cocktail from the bar. Everyone speaks English. Gym is well maintained. So many staff to mention but Mugesh gets special mention for being enterprising! We will miss you all.

I was in a bit of a rush when I left my earlier post, but as I now see that these reviews are reviewed by the management team, I feel compelled for the person that really impressed me to receive the recognition that he truly deserves. That person is Ram. This guy is a genuinely nice and sincere guy from the very depths of his soul. He is an absolute joy to deal with. He is a role model for anyone in the service industry. IBIS are very lucky to have him as a member of their team.

It was a good stay during last two days. Rooms are well maintained very hygienic. Breakfast was very good. Require improvement in Check- In, has to reduce the check-in time for a great experience.

It's a good place to stay in when u r here. Staff and other members are super friendly and will assist you. Housekeeping headed by Sinduja madam will keep the room clean and tidy at all times and will provide every essential things required for your room.

I was delighted to get a complimentary upgrade without use of my voucher and the Duty Manager Ms. Margareth also warmly welcomed me. She was kind enough to offer me access to the amenities on complimentary basis and address my concerns during my stay. Thanks everyone.

Had the privilege to stay at ibis OMR Chennai. The stay was absolute bliss. The staff are courteous and the service is excellent. I love how everyone greets you with a smile. Amin was really good with his craft making my stay hassle free. Overall a warm and pleasant stay here. Would highly recommend this place to everyone.

The ambiance of the hotel is positive aspect worth mentioning. The overall atmosphere exudes a feel-good vibe, creating a welcoming environment for guests. However, I must express my disappointment with the size of the bathroom. The limited space made it challenging to move around comfortably. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional room service provided by Pappu Kumar. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor significantly enhanced my experience.
