i just stayed for a night but the overall experience was very good. Our luggage was kept safely by the hotel as we had to attend an event. We checked into our room at around 8 pm and check in was done smoothly, Room and all facilities were good at up to the mark. There was a large healthy spread for breakfast. I checked out at noon. Check out done smoothly. Over all a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

The hotel overall is good but highly disappointed by the reception staff who initially provided me with a room where I could smell smoke in the room, although it was mentioned non-smoking room. I requested the reception staff to change the room and she promised me to help with the same but it has been more than 2 days that I have been requesting her but she always comes with an excuse that we are full but I will get back to you. She also mentioned of getting a air purifier in the room which never happened. I have a booking of 13 nights for which I really regret now. The best part is I can see her asking few of the customer about the room preference which seems to be a biassed approach while treating the customers. The hotel management needs to understand that I have been doing passive smoking which is more hazardous then smoking in real. Although the smoke will be gone by the time I leave but the damage to customer health would have been done because of their staff ignorance.

There is no complaint on the rooms (non-smoking) whatsoever. Though my colleague who booked smoking room complained of bad odour (cigarette smell ironically) on bed & pillow covers. My main problem was the timing. I checked-in at 7.25 PM, went to office next day and got a call at 2 PM (next day) that I'll be charged 50% extra after 12 PM until 6 PM. I agreed, as I was at office. I returned back from office and since I had more offline office work, had to stay until 8.20 PM and then checked-out. I was asked to pay the full amount. And none budged to my request to not collect the entire amount, and to stick with the 50% one.

Very customer friendly hotel. I was unhappy with the laundry so they redid it urgently at no additional cost. Staff are very helpful and always welcoming. Has a gym on the top floor. Basic but useful. Good spread for breakfast and dinner. Food is good. Rooms were quite basic, expected a bit more. Chairs provided are not comfortable to sit and work, so better to work from the restaurant.

i would appreciate all the staff starting from house keeping and reception and especially dining staff...I will appreciate each and everyone for their patience and respect. No matter what is the time they will be helpful always .keep up the good work ..Rooms are no conjusted as usual..need to improve the washroom facility and in room space...thank you for all the care

The overall experience is good however the rooms are very small. It is fine if you are staying for a night or two and staying alone. Special mention to Sharmistha who actually delivered great customer service by ensuring I had tea when I needed it the most. Before my early AM travel. Thank you!!

It was a very comfortable stay. Stayed here for 15 days and didn't feel like leaving. Cozy rooms, polite staff and various facilities provided made it an amazing stay. Thank you team IBIS.

The staff at Ibis Outer Ring Road are very welcome and helpful. At breakfast, Alfaz and the team provided very friendly service. The room was clean and I enjoyed a nice rest after long travel.
