I am DHINESH and am pursuing my BBA (fisheries enterprises management) in TNJFU. I came for an internship to IAS GROUP OF HATCHERIES. My time in IAS HATCHERY was honestly some of the best weeks of my life. Honestly felt so empowering and it was an amazing opportunity. The internship I was placed at was really great and i learned so many new things about this hatchery field and fisheries sector. They taught us a lot about this shrimp hatchery field. As i worked in every sections i know that they never wanted to compromise in the quality of their seeds and money making is secondary for them. They were so humble and spent their valuable time to teach us. They use good quality feeds for the seeds so you'll get a top quality seeds. They even ask feedbacks from their farmers and they always told us, "if the farmers gets good Survival rate then thats the success for us not the money". And thats the best thing a company can a do. Thank you to Hari sir, siva ram sir, Lovaraju sir, Naveen sir , rama siva sir and everyone who helped us during this wonderful internship program. THANK YOU EVERYONE.
I am pursuing BBA in fisheries enterprises management at Tamilnadu Dr.J.Jayalalitha fisheries University, Chennai. I came for internship here for 2 months. The overall experience is very great. I am so glad i came here for my internship. i have learnt more than i ever expected and Evey person there is very skillful and highly knowledgeable. when I came here i barely know anything about hatchery and now i am very much satisfied with my intern that i learnt so much in this short span. All thanks to Naveen sir, Siva Ram sir, Hari sir and Lovaraju sir and Rama Siva sir
