I had a fantastic experience at ian&dale for both a haircut and Botox treatment. The salon was very warm and inviting atmosphere, making me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped in.The staff Tanvi was very friendly and made me comfortable throughout the process. I was styled by Faisal, and I was impressed by their expertise.Firstly ,haircut was done they took the time to listen to my preferences and gave me a haircut that perfectly suited my face shape and I also did hair Botox treatment, and I must say it was a game-changer. Before the session, my hair felt dry, damaged, and lacked shine. They explained the benefits of hair Botox, which intrigued me. The treatment involved the application of a nourishing formula that deeply penetrated my hair strands, restoring lost moisture and vitality. The results were astonishing! I left the salon feeling rejuvenated and confident. Overall, I highly recommend both the haircut and hair Botox treatment at this salon.

The place is actually small but the service is spot on.I went for a haircut and basic grooming. The staff is amazing, really friendly and helpful in choosing suitable styles and giving very good tips for personal care. My personal favs are Faisal and Tanvi... Really an affordable place

Best saloon in Aluva. I tried layer cut on my hair and also done hair highlighting.Result was amazing.Faisal the hair stylist handling professional style & so friendly behaviour.He correctly done the style what I showed on picture.Other staff was also good behavior. I did keratin treatment here and it was awesome experience (thanks to Faizal). The staff adjusted their time to fit my schedules and they follow up with you for the hair spa as well. Also did a pedicure which was so good and relaxing (Great job Kannan). Very friendly staffs and nice service at a reasonable price.

Recently done a charcoal smoothening treatment at Ian and Dale ,for my daughter manal and the result was astonishing. Ian and dale has helped bring a drastic change to her overall hair health. Hair stylist Mr.Faizal successfully managed to transform her damaged hair to it's healthiest form and amazing texture. Ian and Dale took in her concerns and suggested the charcoal smoothening which perfectly suited her needs and hair type. Above all, staff and service was also impeccable. They provided a very safe and comfortable environment . Mr.Faizal performed his magic and left with amazing results. Highly recommending to anyone !! Ian&Dale is the best place in town for hair coloring. Hair stylist Mr. Faisal is a pro in hair cutting, coloring and so on. Excellent service and friendly staff, loved the place, really felt as home.
