I V Sanctum is a decent place to stay. Staffs were friendly. Service was not great, response time was very slow. But Ms. Nupur from restaurant deserves a special mention for her cheerful and caring behavior. Overall good experience.

I had an absolutely amazing time here. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor. The only disappointing thing was that the staff who checks you in has a very bad attitude and is very rude. Other than that, I can't fault the place.

I was here for 1 month. Nice staff, clean bedrooms, great breakfast & they make very nice dal khichadi. Thank you IV sanctum

Haven't gone here for staying. But the food here at the Spicecove is really amazing. Tried the Kadhai Paneer here and I was just amazed by the taste and texture. Must try for the food. If you go for lunch you would even be able to see the Race course.

The stay was very good. the hotel staff was very helpful and everything was neat and clean. The location is very near to magestic and it was very well connected. Hotel also has travel desk and it can be advantageous. Overall stay was comfortable. the restaurant is having bar and not suitable for family.

Very good,very nice food,nupur and good service, it was so joy full , we was 16 of us, quite rush in restaurant, bus the girl is coat , most probably MS. NUPUR took care of us very well. Some mismatch happened with food quality, but it was managed by her very nicely. Will visit very soon.

It's a nice place to have a great food, Good staff service, restaurant is clean and hygienic. Thank you Mr. Vignesh and team for a wonderful service....

1. hotel is located at well connected place. 2. it took 45 minutes to get from Air port. 3. malls and eateries are near by. (20-30 mim away) 4. food is delicious. 5. room service is prompt. 6. receptionist and staff at reception are hostile and make you feel unwelcome. they don't have basic courtesy to speak politely. owner and manager should have a look. however other individuals of hotel are kind enough. ** wifi provided doesn't work, i had to use my mobile hotspot for 5 days. only 500mb data in one card is provided. one card is restricted to one device. basically, free wifi was not provided as promised. 7. overall it was a comfortable stay. 8. if yo tune out unwelcoming response of all staff at reception, everything is good. decent place wih good food and amenities except wifi. the behavior and response of staff can be made appropriate.
