Very good ... I visited there and found the staff cooperative enough. The fitness studio is located at very nice place the inside cleanliness and the vast area make it full of positive vibes for the clients. You can feel the breeze of the sea when you visit there ... It makes you feel fresh and energetic to do some workouts. As I have felt it is one of the best fitness center in South Mumbai.

My sister and I went for a trial.. during the trial itself we were given heavy weight exercises that involved the kettlebell.. My sister immediately had a back pain and couldn't move.. they kept assuring its a muscle pain and will go by the next day.. And told us to pay up the same day to avail a better price.. so we did..two days later the pain still hasn't gone.. so she goes to the orthopedic.. turns out its a slip disc!!! After all this we obviously ask for a refund.. ruining the back like this, we definitely want nothing to do with the gym.. we have submitted the doctors report to the gym.. we ask for a refund and they are making excuses and making us run around when my sister can't even get out of the bed and is in severe pain.. all for getting our own money back when we haven't used the gym facility even once.. the manager now isn't even receiving the phone... Terrible way to treat customers.. !!! They do not classify as a prestigious gym the way they are trying to portray when they are not taking ownership of what has happened in their gym, (trainer who is a so called professional giving such exercises on day 1, not instructing how to do the correct form) not apologising and giving a refund after causing such damages!!! The club manager is extremely rude!!! They were very sweet till we paid up, after that we have seen their customer service!!! For that I would give them a zero if that was an option!!

Overall it's a good gym with experienced floor trainers ... but the trainers & the staff don't value their members they act as if the members are for granted . Since 1 week the chalk powder isn't there and no one is bothered from the staff to call for it even after I complaint 2-3 times ! Weight lifting straps also aren't seen in the gym since 1 week it has suddenly vanished . Now even after paying 30,000 rs per year , this dosnt even make it worth 15,000.

Decent gym facilities. Not a lot of options in South Mumbai. I Think Fitness staff does not seem to value their customers. There is a well-equipped gym with nice staff, Talwalkars, nearby in Breach Candy.
