Rooms are spacious actually, but maintenance is very poor. Needs more man power and can make this place into luxury hotel if place is properly utilized. Parking place is the most needed. Room service is ok ok. Location is very much centre to bellary. Heavy traffic in that royal circle. Also recently when I had been there, so many construction works going on, makes the traffic even worse. The place is near to VIMS, Railway station. Bustand is little far from this place. Price is little high compared to the services we get. Overall place is recommended for short stay if u travel in public transport.

This is a words finest worst hotel I ever seen in my life. It's my corporate booking. How come our company backend people can book this kind of hotel. Might be they will get some commission out of it. Service boy gold me after 11pm you are not allowed to call on given nos. ( Phone is not available but they will give one card with mobile no. ) I asked him if I need some medical emergency then also I am not allowed to call on this. Service boy including reception guy told me, if we are available we will lift the call sir, otherwise dail 101,100 or 108 sir. My question is how come a corporate company is booking this kind of a hotel?. Water no sir, towel no sir, brush go and purchase sir, emergency medicine we don't have sir. Etc. This hotel means for only to die !!! I asked him if I get heart attack in the night so whom to contact. He simple replied come down to reception sir, we will arrange ambulance, and given no will be busy coz of too many rooms so try to come down. Sorry sir, any further help you need sir. Worst experience in my life. Guys don't book this hotel.

One of the worst hotels I've been to, the rooms are so bad...and so many mosquitos and cockroaches , most of the switch boards don't work, and rats come in the room even if the door is closed, the bed was creaking so much and the hotel was very bad never going to that hotel again the hotel and locality is very dirty do not go that hotel if want a hygienic room..But the management and service was nice and the people were kind.

Such a worst hotel ever I have seen. They should change the name from Hoysala Residency to Mosquito Residency. Totally not even worth of 200 rs but they collected 1000 from me. I request people, don't stay here...

One of the worst hotel in india, please never ever go here. Rooms are dirty bathrooms stinks not clean and full of bed bugs. Worst service ever and no courtesy. Please please dont book here

Totall waist of money room looks very old and AC compressor never turn on, only fan will work in AC. Room just look big but overall is waiste
