Worst place ever seen. Cannot give a single star to service. Customer service is very bad. Not every customer will be bad customer. treat the customer in good and try to improve your service. Very worst part. No words to explain
Stay away from this hotel. Always making problems with oyo bookings . Not a gud place to stay for. Many risks associated.
Location was bad but rooms are good car parking also available, charged extra than Oyo mentioned price
Bad smell from toilets. They are charging money extra money than Oyo. My suggestion is don't book this hotel. Unethical admin. Their motive is only getting money not providing better service. Don't book through Oyo. They will not give you clear details when you are check in, but they will come and ask you to vacate. Admin was perfectly trained to cheat new bookers.
Rooms are Great, Silent, secured. But ask the Workers to Smile to customers. Angry face and Voice tone won't work with all customers.
We had a comfortable stay and the customer support was beyond expectations. Rahul was always available to clear any issues we faced and also suggested places to visit. My relative was having difficulty walking and Rahul did not hesitate to help him move around. Hospitality was never short and our stay there was worth it.
No parking place, hot water served based on request, extra charges for AC and agreed to vaiew off later. Geyser not worked properly.. no drinking water available. Rohan named person served well. Appreciate his service than others. No mosquito repellent available
The place is located proper but Google maps shows wrong routes to reach place. The hotel or staffs or service was good and ok for the price being charged. It's moderate and hassle free booking experience especially Mr Subhash was so clear on his commitment lines and almost middle of night I had smooth check in with my company.
