Consulted Mr. Karthik Narayan doctor for my mother's back pain, she deteriorated in a couple of weeks due to her medical condition and was bed ridden, doctor was in constant touch with us, took time and explained the situation, diagnosed the reason for her back pain, since her situation worsening day by day, surgery was on the only option to recover back and get her out of pain. Dr. Karthik Narayan along with a Nero surgeon performed spine surgery for my mother and she has strongly recovered and started walking back in less than a week's post surgery. I would also like to thank the entire IK Hospital Staffs (doctors, Nurse, Housekeeping, Lab, X Ray, Pharmacist, Front office and security staff) who were very helpful and supportive when we got admitted in the hospital for over 10 days in 2 different occasions in less than a month. In an Era of corporate hospital and doctors who don't have time to speak to patients or their attendees, I am glad I was referred to Dr. Karthik Narayanan who made a great difference and impact in our lives. He is one of the most humble person I have met in recent times. God bless the Doctor and IK hospitals for their service to humanity...!
Dr. Karthik is the best orthopedic in Chennai. His diagnosis is always bang on just by looking at you and doing some preliminary check up. He always gives the right advice and is very calm and patient. The staff is friendly and hospitable too.

Dr. Kavitha mam is a great doctor. She is very understanding and listen to our concerns. She does not rush us for procedure in and out, she makes me comfortable and wait for me to cooperate. Seriously not a typical doctor, she is too good. My physical & mental health have been remarkably improved.

They says FCFS, when giving the name at the reception i was told approximately 30 mins to see the ortho doctor today, after 45 mins of wait when I enquired still 8 patients they say another 45 mins, horrible reception attendants who don't know how to respond and respect patient time.....
Worst hospital they make the patient's wait for a very long time more than 1/2 hour jst for general checkup that to on weekdays. The staffs wr also rude .
