I have been trying at many places for Gym and Yoga at top class VIP Gyms and Celebrity Yoga places where I have no constant results. I have joined I FIT GYM from Oct 2022 with a weight of 124kg with PCOD and Stress, I was not got periods for almost One and Half years, after completing 60 days I'm getting frequent Periods and now today I'm at @104 Kgs.
