Gym timing is not good. On Sunday and holidays, gym will be closed. You have to take personal trainer which will cost of Rs 5500. You will have to follow up with the trainer to get diet chart and any other assistance.

If you are looking for a gym that has a perfect mix of equipment, ambience and good knowledgeable trainers then I feel fitness is definitely not the gym to go to. Their equipment is substandard, gym is small, bathrooms smell, and most importantly the insecurities of the trainers on the floor. They have a policy where athletes, fitness professionals and other trainers from the sports and fitness industry are not allowed to take membership. This is simply because of their under qualified in house trainers. If you are looking to make some serious gains and get fit this place is a big NO.

The gym is very good. The trainers are very helpful, the gym is clean and hygienic. It has all the facilities available. Don't think twice join and start working out !

One of the most insulting experiences I've had in any gym, I signed up yesterday for the simple reason that it's close to my training center. 3 of us took yearly packages. The nxt day I get a call by the manager saying we cannot workout their as we are trainers and no trainers or owners of other gyms are allowed. I informed him that we are Muaythai instructors and our centre and training has no conflict of interest as we are not into weight training or bodybuilding. But they have some rule where any professional in a fitness industry cannot train. So I've come to the conclusion that it's simple bcoz of the lack of knowledge and skill of their home trainers. It's easy to scam someone who knows nothing but people who are in the industry will see the bluff. I have never met a bigger bunch of insecure so called professionals in my life. They said they will refund the money we paid, but the fact that this inconvenience is caused shows how unprofessional and insecure they are. What can you expect when the trainer has a big fat belly and a double chin how the hell is he gonna make anyone fit if he cannot make himself. So anyone planning on joining up here, read this review and be warned.

A gym that does not encourage athletes to join due to the insecurities of their own management and supposed trainers. It is flashy to attract the tik tok generation but if you are serious about working out and getting stronger then this is not the place for you. A gym run by novices for novices.

The worst gym because the timing is the worst the gym closes by 9 and the trainers leave the ground around 8 only so u will have to go to the gym by Max 7 and also the trainers are not very helpful you will have to take personal training which is around 5500 per month and also the gym is closed on Mondays and on all holidays

A quite well equipped gym with helpful trainers. They provide you with customised training program as per individual needs and goals. Totally love this place
