So pathetic service, I never said anyone to come this hospital ever. There staff and doctors not given priority of emergency situation.

Before being a doctor,try to be a human ,that dr.shukla doesn't have .he treat a patient as only a customer, actually he used a word customer for my patients.actually he hasn't any idea what they treat ,just he is going to make a bill of huge amount .it's my personal opinion, according to me ,my child was getting serious day by day there ,bt he was thinking about only their amount,how to make . There is a doctor named as Dr pallavi ,she is much much better than Dr.shukla,she knows very well ,how to treat the patients ,how talk to patients .very known on this earth doctor is second god, xactly this is true bt Dr Shukla is not of them.

Good Assitant Doctors (For OPD) must needed for Dr. Shukla sir for being it's a 24*7 Servicable hospital. I have been waiting for Shukla sir from last 2 hrs while my daughter suffering high fever.

This is a so good hospital for baby,, (Doctor's are also good ,And here are all kinds of arrangements)

This is one the worst hospital. No Professionals Dr., Staffs, management. No service is appreciable. Only money matters for them. The patients who admitted once, no one from attendant knows what treatment is going on or not. Service - 0 marks Treatment - 0 marks Behavior - 0 marks Support - 0 marks Humanity - 0 marks Money (Payment) - 110 marks On all parameters it deserves 0 , 0 and 0 .. It was my biggest fault to got treatment from here and this regret would be forever.

The environment of hospital is nice. Cleanliness and hygiene is marked point of this hospital. Doctors are good and sweet with patients. Staff is cooperative and helpful related with all medical facilities. Highly Considerable Healthcare Roof I've ever gone through so far in Darbhanga

Well maintained and hygienic. Good ICU and NICU facilities. A bit expensive. Need few more senior doctors as junior doctors appeared to be incompetent and impolite.

Not trustworthy hospital. I would never ever suggest this hospital for admission to anyone. They are only running business not a healthcare service. They are making a fool of needy and helpless people. Never rely on them especially for Covid isolation. They will return you a corpse only even if you patient is doing well and recovering. I lost my granny to them. One day ago she was having 95 to 99% spo2 level on oxygen cylinder and was doing good in another hospital. Just for more proper care we shifted her to this Smriti Sadan on recommendation. Within 18 hours of shifting there we were informed that patients oxygen level dropped to 50% and then after few minutes they informed she is not more. We will regret shifting her to this hospital each and everyday. I will strictly say a no for anyone looking for review to admit their pateint to this hospital.
