Worst service and very pathetic. They will delay for every thing. For general service they have taken for 2 days without any proper followup. They will not respond well and very pathetic service. Never visit this service.
I have a Hyundai i(20) Asta Optional(2022),I went to Service center for body shop repair work(03.07.2023) HMP Alandur, Very Worst experience for me, the repair work was done and when the car was for delivery HMP employee made a scratch on my front & back door, and driver seat door had a dent, I found that and informed to manager, He gave me an assurance to repair that(15.07.203), Again today(18.07.2023) i went to take delivery there was a another dent and another scratch on rear side bumper, Please take a note, You people(HMP) made too much scratches on my car, Are you guys are professionals? Please don't play on your customer Emotion, For you it's just a car for me it's my dream to get a car in my lifetime, I chose Hyundai for my first car, Now i feel very bad for choosing Hyundai, No Respect for customers, simply they open the what's App group if i asked about the car status in what's App group they didn't give a response also, Worst Service totally.
This service outlet has an issue which the front office will not acknowledge. ATTENTION: To anyone who plans on visiting this service centre please read this carefully. My main issue with the centre is that they are not considerate of your time. While I do understand service and troubleshooting takes time and that is reasonable and certainly I don't expect magic to be perform to get my car fixed in an instant; the issue here is that the staff will tell you to wait like 30-45mins and then you'll end up waiting a lot more. Recently in the past month, I have visited this place twice and both times they have abused my time. The first time I was asked to wait for 1hr and was assured that the car will be attended to and be ready; but I ended up waiting for 3.5hrs at the service centre. The second time it was a very small matter, I told them that for this job I'll go outside and get it attended as I require the car urgently, but they assured that it would be done in 15mins but after 30mins I asked again what's the update and they said another 15-20mins and for sure it'll be ready and then even after another 30mins of waiting it wasn't attended to. The staff they don't take accountability of their commitment to the customer. Bottom line is that this centre doesn't not value the customer's time and each one's personal commitments. What is expected is a very realistic time frame being communicated to the customer so that the customer can decide whether to wait or drop the car and return later for pick up; rather than committing to a time and then just delaying that commitment grossly. The front desk would know the ground situation of how busy the service bay is and how many people are available and what's the situation like. They certainly should be able to give a realistic time frame for a matter to be attended and the customer can then decide for themselves whether to wait or carry on with other personal commitments and return for the car later on, rather than be kept waiting for prolonged periods of time. The management definitely needs to address this shortfall.
Though technicians are good but please avoid this place. To give vehicle for service i was waiting for 2 hours, To take delivery i was waiting for 2 hours. What the hell customer service is that? I had 2 major comments which i wanted them to rectify but the missed to do that and worked on whichever they felt are required. What the hell again? The labour charges are as high as spare charges. This is utter rubbish......i am never coming back here...
This is sixth review, came here for major repair - replacement of front suspension, clutch plate, engine fan belt and minor issues. This time All work done, excellent teamwork and staff n mechanics highly dedicated. Only problem over crowded no place to park cars, they have to make more space. So some delay you will face, no choice. Never seen so full in last 8 years. Management has to find some solution. Work satisfaction hence from 3 star am giving a five star this time. ---- This is the latest Fifth review [dont ask where is the 3rd and 4th do not wish to share or bad mouth]. Since Covid time HMP Alandur lot of changes some good some not so good. For eg Teams / staff have changed or rotated, tacit knowledge lost and last three visits I am not happy. I go to rectify some problem and come out only to discover some new thing after few hours or next day. See it is not possible to check everything while taking delivery?!! [ IF all power windows are workings, screen wiper front back, reverse camera, child lock, tyre pressure etc indicators are working etc etc] One time my rear left power window switch not working, another time no one bothered to replace front indicator light although I told the SA guy]. Earlier I used to give a 10/10 rating and nowadays they don't bother to get a feedback. Now in the last three visits I noticed huge time delay. Btw the SA - Spares - Mechanic - front office - Security gate pass. In the name of management innovation or precision service I find a lot of gaps and duplication of effort. See .. I came for a simple replace of right side mirror after checking with the spares section on phone, he told me the part is available. This should take 10 minutes to 30 minutes max. But I had to wait from 845 am check in time up to 230 pm ?? But the delivery slip will show different time? Why communication gaps. Reason New staff compatibility issues. My req. to Hyundai TOP Management - Please don't change the staff once they are set in a location and particularly when they take pride in their positions. THIS IS THE MOST STUPID [ I don't know which advisor or consultant from which rich arrogant business forum or consulting group external or internal suggested staff rotation] technique in this SBU. Earlier we customers knew almost all the staff and everything fine for 4 years. Last three years problems. I guess they are afraid to keep staff in same point for fears of some other audit issues. Maybe some Staff did some fin. amoral practice somewhere. Don't wish to assume. See if there is one pickpocket in the bus, would to make it inconvenient for all passengers on all days to frisk them? what logic?? See I come for a mirror replacement, what is the need to take the vehicle and do a full medical check up? That too without my permission, when I asked the SA says we have be instructed by the management to do so!! So much inconvenience that now I am even having second thoughts about the next car purchase being a Hyundai [even with their huge network across India]. ------ Second review again excellent service experience Alandur HMP directly run by Hyundai. Here team work is good. Staff are very courteous. They reduce if not eliminate customer inconvenience. For the last 7+ years, ie since 2015 I purchased Gi10, HMP, Alandur has been a great experience. HMP, Alandur is a really good place except for the approach road is not wide enough and is placed beside by other two car service centers viz. VW and Maruti Vishnu.
Going through a very poor service experience from HMP. It started with the day i had to leave my vehicle for service (13-Oct-23). Entered the premise by 4 pm and left by 7 pm. That's 3 hrs for just making an entry and taking the vehicle in for service. None of the promised services seemed available such as door step pick up & drop, shuttle services to nearest bus stand / railway station. Post that the vehicle went for body shop work and no one cares to give an update unless you call / escalate. Only update one would get is that they are awaiting parts. Surprised that such a busy workshop doesn't maintain fast moving parts like bumper and everything has to come from the Hyundai factory. Overall, this kind of a service experience is not ok and people at HMP doesn't seem to bother at all about customer experience. I have seen much better response and seriousness at other dealer operated service stations.
Don't even think of giving service in this service centre. You have to wait 3 hours to get your car attended. I have lost my time by going to this place. Better go with dealer Hyundai service centres. Since this is a direct service centre of Hyundai no one will care you.
I will not even give 1 for this Service Center. Since I don't have an option, I had to give them 1 star One of the very worst experience that am having with HMIL Alandur during all of my periodic services and body shop work. I thought that mistake is happening once and gave the vehicle for the service in that workshop but it is the same every time. Very very poor coordination starting from the front desk to service advisor to Body shop manager. Since it is our vehicle, we will have to follow up every time for getting the vehicle delivery. Please dont service your vehicles in this service centre. Even after escalating to CRM and Branch Manager, things are not working out. Very Very Pathetic service centre.
