The quality here is very good and prices are reasonable, all debit cards and credit cards are accepted here, you may get discounts on selected items, parking here is little difficult and you need to park your bike or car on the road.
Worst experience with hyper 2.O. We purchased a gas lighter last year and is having one year warranty period. But, the person at the billing counter was unaware of this and claiming that it's only for 6 months. He played many tricks to avoid accepting that product for return. Finally, after accepting denyed for giving acknowledgement. Finally gave acknowledgement with 15 days of time. Not only this time, everytime the staff are almost like this only. Prices are very high. Almost selling all products @MRP. Even small stores are offering discounts in the area. Satish fancy stores - They never deny for immediate replacement when the product is having warranty/ guarantee. If we go to d mart, our bill would be min 25% less than these hyper marts.

Nice store for all grocery needs but not that pocket friendly. Staff weren't available to help you most of the times. That particular billing girl is very pathetic interms of interaction with customers.Finds hard to even respond to our questions.

It is one stop shop in sattupally...... You will get almost every thing in grocery and cards will be accepted over there, but advised to carry cash.... The one thing you won't find here is..... Things won't be in organized way..... And there won't be any sign boards.... But, helpers will be there and for that town weer can say it is a good shop....
