Hype The Gym Sec-31 - Gym in Gurugram - Gurugram, India

I joined Hype a month back, and my experience has been great. I took Krish's personal training, and have been seeing ohenomenal results. I would recommend everyone to train under his guidance. 5 out of 5 stars.

Joined this gym in 2022/August with my wife. The traimers here are not trainers they are BOUNCERS who would just stand and do nothing For guidance they told me I would have to pay Rs. 5000 so that the trainers would look after the posture and guide me on workouts. There was this one time when my wife wanted to deadlift some 110 kgs and wanted one of these trainers to be there just to be on a safer side - They said "Ladki ho ke itna weight kyu uthana hai". The trainers are all Uneducated villagers who would do nothing. The Gym is shaped like a MatchBox where a Claustrophobic person would not survive more than 15 minutes. Summary - One of the worst gyms I have ever come across.

Best gym in sector 31. Trainers are very supportive and trained and most important part is that they do not misguide you to take supplements.

I have an amazing experience in Hype Gym Sector 31,Gurgaon.The trainers are so supportive especially Rahul Chaudhary And Sachin.They motovate all the time and very friendly behavior.

Its just not a gym , its an experience! Trained certified staff, professional and helping in an amazing ways. Vibrant atmosphere with aura of motivation plus they really look after what your aim is .. moreover bhangra , zumba an power abs sessions are gr8. Way to go, sahu sir, rahul sir and others!

All facilities available. "Anshul Thakur" A very good and motivational trainer. PTs are also available.

Very nice and supportive trainers the gym has all the required equipments too
