Hype The Gym Prashant Vihar - Gym in Delhi - North West, India

If you value your money and your time, avoid "The Hype Gym" at all costs. I was scammed by one of their branches in the Tricity and had a terrible experience trying to get a resolution from the franchise owner and upper management. Not only were they uncooperative, but they were also very rude and unprofessional. Don't make the same mistake I did and steer clear of this fraudulent gym chain.

Don't use this gym Gym looks fancy from outside. In starting, staff will behave nicely. But once you join, staff will neglect you. Also, they will again and again torture you to renew your membership of the gym.

Don't go over the ratings, these people ask their customers to rate them 5 star in the gym and then even check if they have rated them 5 or not. Promises never kept.. don't believe their words. They will never give u your lockdown period gym time nor the freezing period which they promise in the beginning.

Trainers are good but change frequently but the staff at the reception is just a cheat they offer good deals while joining the gym but after few days the refuse that they haven't offered such deals ,specially vishwas is the person at reception who cheats customer just to complete their monthly goals

Wow what a great gym experience nice staff nice facilities specially mr. Zaki from front desk he is such a nice guy

They are the kind of people who are very greedy , money minded and have that kind of staff who does not respect their member or any person to whom they have to deal with. I am in a mood to sue them because of their unproffessional behaviour . They have taken fees from me for the whole year and also have some fraud referal schemes but they are not on their words . These kind of people are ungrateful. Not trust worthy and always make fool of their members

So basically after applying at March for 6 months they say your plan will expire at 30th August, considering 2 months lockdown they would give u 1 month saying price increased. I will be filling fir against fraud soon.

Ignorant and irresponsible management. Don't waste your money and time here. False promises as to facilities and membership benefits. BIG ZERO. The trainers (lower than average level) don't pay any heed to you, unless you're one of their regular 'pantars' who hangout with them, feed them, eat with them, etc, or a lady (a very social lady, who's expected to bring in members). Overcrowded. Mismanaged.
