I have not experienced the doctors service but I'm sure he must be good but the issue is his phone number. It's been 3 weeks and I have made 100s of calls for an appointment n its such a waste management of appointments not even a single call connected. Many people in reviews are requesting to change the system of appointment but nobody cares. When you are providing your services to the public you should be humble enough to understand the hurdles faced by the people in reaching you. I will change my rating only when I truly cosult the doctor.. thank you.

One of the best skin specialist in hyderabad. Currently due to covid he is not available in tarnaka branch, but practicing in barkatpura branch. There will be a big wait, almost more than 70+ patients visit sir each day. Appointments can be made only via telebooking at 8 am sharp. Usually patients start showing up by 10 am and will continue till 6 pm. Payment should be made to doctor directly. Its around 400 per consultation. There is a medical shop just beside the clinic, they sells almost all medications that Goutham sir prescribes at discounted prices.

I recently visited this hospital and very happy with the service, doctor Gouthm reddy sir is very friendly and explained the problem and gave suggestions to me.

The Doctor is very helpfull, some waiting is there still overall advisable

Worst doctor don't trust , he will give wrong medicine and infection will be more to have that medicine, please don't suggest this doctor

Getting an appointment is like reaching moon ...tried more than 100 times but conneting

They have a system to book a Appointment through IVRS, which connects after trying many a times. Then, You will get a token number and reporting time to the hospital. But unfortunately, they never follow the token numbers & time mentioned. What ever may be your token number, you have to wait 4-6 hours, after reaching the hospital (In fact, it's 3 BHK Flat, converted and being used as hospital). No proper management of Q, for waiting patients. Inspite of all these, I have given 3 stars, purely for the quality of the treatment by Doctor. Having said, That good reputation and good will of the doctor might be the reason, for not keeping other things in correct order. Having time & patience to wait, are things required, if you want to visit this hospital.

Poor management of the Appointment system. They never pick the calls to take appointment. Made 60 calls since 8 am, only to be told to try tomorrow . After reaching the clinic the compounder demands money to send us inside. He takes money and makes us wait for 3 hours s in the line before sending to see the doctor. He is very loud and rude. Made my visit to the doctor very tiring and unpleasant. Even though the doctors are famous, the treatment of the visitors is pathetic. Horrible manners of the staff.
