Have been a regular visitor to this temple. You get a divine feeling on entering the temple. The architect is similar to Dakshineshwar Kaali Baadi, Kolkata. This temple was established in 1974. Almost 50 years old. The main temple is Maa Kaali. Alongside there is the temple of Shri Ganesha and Lord Shiva also. This year I had the privilege to witness the Sarbojonin Durga Puja festival.Bhog vitran and cultural events all were so nicely organised.
It is Mother Kali temple. The priests are very good. You can take food here offered to the goddess Kali. Mother here is Dakhshina Kali Mata. One can send contribution online to perform Puja. The environment is absolutely serene, dignified and sweet. One can enjoy divinity in a very calm and captivating surroundings. Handicapped people can have easy access and car parking is on an open place just on the right on the way to the Mandir.

Hyderabad kalibari,which was established in the year 1974,(almost fifty years),is currently being managed by mostly senior citizens,secretary Mr Shankar Das,President Mr Parthapratim dasgupta(81). It was a wonderful opportunity for me & my family to be here after almost ten years. I could not control myself without posting this for everyone that the way they are maintaining the bengali culture ,discipline,sanctity of the inside premises by not allowing any non veg items( not even onion& garlic). All kind of progammes,beautiful Aarti competitions,singing,dancing programmes,everythig is performed there besides bhog ditribution. Everyone is enjoying these days irrespective of cast,creed or religion. I am tempted to mention the management during last day sindoor daan event. I have experience of seeing this programme,in many places,as my wife never misses this partcular occasion,wherever we may be,mysore,shimla,jabalpur,hyderabad or bangalore, she will definitely partcipate there. This year,in this hyderabad kalibari,the same progamme was so well managed,the attached photograph will certainly express it. They made an arrangement of sitting and waiting for sindoor daan for almost 400 (four hundred ladies),with their thali in their hand. This was an extremely good arrangement,I must appreciate.There is no dissatisfaction,no quarrel to give their offerings,peacefully the whole system is being done.. Amazing disciplined movement. There is no concession for committee members,irrespective of any status,everyone is performing it peacefully.. Thanks to all the people,who have been co operating with the management for maintaining the discipline. Kudos to Mr Shankar Das, Mr Parthapratim dasgupta & their team members. Hyderabad Kalibari is one of the famous places in Hyderabad to visit during Durga Pujo. Generally it is a very peaceful place. It has an indoor badminton court and a stage as well to conduct events from time to time. It is very crowded on 7th and 8th day. The khichdi(Bhog) they serve is so tasty. Every 7th,8th and 9th night cultural programs happen. Most of the people come here are Bengali.
