Decent ambience, good music, extremely courteous staffs, especially Mr. Gowda, who took care of us very nicely and he was very helpful. Many thanks to him! Also, the manager (sorry Sir, I forgot to ask your name. My apologies), was very kind and an excellent host. Many thanks to you. All in all, we had a great time. Must Visit Place!!!!

I don't know how this restaurant is even part of Sheraton. The menu had very few options. Only few food items are there to order. And also the food that I ordered wasn't tasty. It was just cooked and presented super nicely. Then concentrating on the presentation, the chef should pay more attention to the taste. The food was not all tasty. Also despite the high price, the quantity was way too less. Interiors were pretty though. I'm surely disappointed with this one.

Ambience and food is really good. However service is very poor, we had wait period of 30-45 mins for every food we ordered, while the place has very less crowd, like 4-5 people other than us.

I've been to countless brunches in the past, but not to a dedicated all Italian brunch. Last Sunday I was hosted by Bene at Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel - Brigade Gateway. Chef Roberto Apa and team showcased the best of authentic Italian cuisine. Buffet spread featured handmade raviolis, artisanal breads, wood fire pizza, smoked meats and classic Italian desserts. I highly recommend a visit if you enjoy italian cuisine like me.

Visited the place for a baby shower event. it's a nice place and open space. Ambience is good...The starters had varied items like smoky panner tikka, malai kabab, fish, and cheesy potato balls were super fantastic. The main course was also good with varied items like subz biryani, paneer achari, chicken items, sweet dish and icecream which was very nice too. It was a nice experience. Live dosa counter, panipuri counter... All over it's a nice place to visit..

Do NOT visit this place! They make you wait for more than an hour for food and still do not provide. Limited menu. The staff is really helpful though and great ambiance. However, not worth wasting an hour waiting for food.
