Overall the experience was good. Their service was on point and rooms were also good. About the location, i felt it was unsafe for females because in evening i saw few boys on a bike used to ride around the hotel again and again while starring us and use to say something which we didn't understand.

Perfect place for a quick getaway from Kochi, the place is peaceful. We booked a normal room, without a balcony with the add on of breakfast. The room that we were given was clean. The host was sensible and quick to respond to our queries. The standard breakfast was good. However, the dinner we ordered was not to our taste. One would expect it to so. So, a good place to stay, but you can have better food.
This is the second time I'm visiting this property with my wife. The rooms were worth for the money we spent. Even though the property is located on roadside, we weren't disturbed of sound or any sort of vehicle pollution. Toilet were cept clean, which is more important. Staffs where friendly and polite and also helpful. One thing that is missing there is 24 hrs restaurant. Breakfast was fine but still to improve. Overall the property is perfect for the money we spend
The hotel is located in the middle of the forest area. If you are lucky, early in the morning you can sight elephants nearby the river. Wifi of the hotel is not upto the mark. Food can be improved. Service was good, reception area ambience is nice. There are no restaurants nearby just a theme park at a walkable distance and 2 shops to buy chips or snacks.
Room is very clean and hygienic Staffs were so friendly. Restaurant is so good, nice experience
