I recently dined at the Range restaurant in the Level Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The ambiance was lovely, striking the perfect balance between elegance and comfort. The staff were welcoming and attentive throughout the meal. While the snack and soup options were somewhat limited, the live Pizza and Pasta counter was a highlight, with delicious, freshly made dishes. The main course selection offered a variety of top-notch options. However, the real star of the show was the desserts counter, featuring a wide array of superb sweets. Overall, my visit was highly enjoyable, and I plan to return. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience with friendly service and exceptional food, I recommend trying out the Range restaurant at the Level Hotel.

My recent stay at Hyatt Regency was nothing short of outstanding. From the warm and efficient check-in to the luxurious room with stunning views, everything was exceptional. Beautiful, modern hotel in a stunning setting. Rooms are nice and the food is pretty good. The lounge is definitely a bit of an afterthought ... The location is nice, but only if you have your own wheels. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, down a tiny, very bumpy and windy dirt road and there are very few Uber/Ola drivers around and even fewer that want to go through the pain of getting to the hotel.

Went there to try the dinner buffet in their Range restaurant. The ambience was great. The staff was quite friendly and welcoming. Snacks and soup options were limited. The live Pizza and Pasta counter was just brilliant. The main course had various options and each dish was top notch. The main attraction was the sweets and desserts counter that had various options and each option was just superb. Overall had a great experience and would surely be going again.

The first red flag here is the number of reviews from people who have either one or two reviews. Out and out it comes out as paid reviews. The property is beautiful but the service is horrible. We stayed here for 5D/4N and faced atleast one issue on an average each day. This mostly included wrong timings for car pickup, or expressing inability to conduct an activity which was already pre confirmed (like pizza making). It took efforts and escalations to get things done. Just when things seemed fine, there was a billing error - which I am told will be reversed. Not a great experience when on a holiday. The location is good, but the approach is very poor. The rooms are good, well maintained, clean and well stocked in the bathrooms. The food is good, with variety and the chef goes the extra mile unlike the other staff. If you are planning to see the reviews and book, try and segregate genuine ones and dont go by the paid reviews

I went there along with my family for dinner buffet and my experince was not good. They only serve a very limited variety of food. I only found 1-2 good items in the starter and the same 1-2 items in the main course for non vegetarian. Avoid this restaurant if you have high expectations from food. But yes their ambience, location and all staff were very polite and professional so giving 2 star instead of 1

Your Hotel is excellent maintained. The breakfast buffet is beyond the expectations as you've charged very minimum while booking. The room service is really good, they cleaned every in our three days of stay.

The lush green surroundings and the tranquil atmosphere make it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The staff were welcoming and attentive throughout the meal.The staff was quite friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Chef Kalam who made it a point to serve us such unique dishes after identifying our palette and he attended us whole time with such welcoming nature .Truly a spellbinding experience thanks to the amazing team at the property.
