My family and I booked two rooms with breakfast, anticipating a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, the reality fell far short of our expectations. The breakfast buffet was a major disappointment as the food served was stale, and the bakery items lacked freshness. The limited food options available were not only insufficient but also failed to meet basic standards of taste and quality. Additionally, the room service experience was frustrating, with items taking an unreasonably long time to be delivered despite multiple calls. A particularly frustrating incident was the delivery of tea, which took an hour and was, unfortunately, bitter, leading us to discard it. One of the most significant issues, however, was the miscommunication regarding the inclusion of breakfast in both rooms. While booking, due to an oversight, the breakfast option was unintentionally removed from the second room when adding triple occupancy. Although the front desk executive confirmed the inclusion of breakfast during check-in, it was not clarified that this applied to only one room. At the time of checkout, I was shocked to be charged an additional 3000rs for the other three members, leading to an unexpected and unwarranted expense. This miscommunication, coupled with the overall disappointing experience, has left me regretful about the 23k spent for just a one-day stay. I believe that such issues not only impact the guest experience but also tarnish the reputation of a renowned brand like Hyatt. In light of these concerns, I urge you to address the issues of food quality, service efficiency, and most importantly, improve the transparency and clarity of information provided during the booking process. It is my hope that by bringing these matters to your attention, future guests can enjoy a more positive and seamless experience at your Amritsar property.
I stayed at the Hyatt Regency on my recent trip, and it was fantastic! The hotel staff was really friendly and made me feel welcome right away. My room was super clean and comfy. The bed was so cozy, and I slept really well. I also had dinner at their restaurant, and the food was delicious and amazing! The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. Overall, it was a great place to stay. I want to thank everyone for making my trip awesome. I'll definitely come back.
Hotel is at very good location, next to a mall and approx 6 km from Golden temple. Hotel is in heart of the city so there is no view. Rooms are normal size with all required facility. Breakfast was having wide variety with good service.
Very good experience with Hyatt Hotel Amritsar, this place is too much neat and clean. Provides luxury stay and good food. Security arrangements are very good. Staff is very sincere and cooperative.
Hyatt Amritsar has been my choice for the past 10 years. I think it's dated and very little has changed or improved. There is just one outlet selling clothes. Maybe it requires refurbishment. There was a staff admonishing 2 other staff members next to us at the reception counter as we checked in. It should have been done privately. Food is ok. Again, more choice could be offered. Finally, parking is another experience, especially to get to the lobby. There should be a no honking sign.

Rooms were old and musty and not really properly cleaned, but I like the location - only 20 minutes from the airport. Hands down, the best part of our stay was the DINING! THE FOOD WAS AMAZING. We especially appreciated the chef who came out of the kitchen to greet us and make special order food for us. The food tasted homemade - the best food ever!
