It was my first experience in this hotel but it was quiet good. Over-all hotel gave all the amenities which they displayed. Whole of staff was very courteous towards us. Food was also very tasty I would recommend this to everyone.
Recently I stayed at Hyatt,Raipur. Being a frequent traveller I had stayed in many hotels across-the- globe but my stay at Hyatt,Raipur is a memorable one. It was just a day stay but the staff was extremely humble, helpfull, friendly and polite, be it a member of front desk or a waiter everyone is ready to give their best. Buffet breakfast spread was good, specially the live counter items were delicious. The best part of the stay is that when we're done with the breakfast the chef and the floor manager came with a cup cake and asked us about our stay . This personal touch by the management is cherry on the cake.
I had visit here before 15 days . I enjoy this hotel service a lot . And here is a good staff . Who gave lots of knowledge about local area . Rooms are quite outstanding. And amenities are too good . U may visit for worth of Money .
