Hyatt Place Vadodara - Hotel in Vadodara - Vadodara, India

Due to my daughter's marriage, we booked 22 rooms in Hyatt Place and had couple of functions therein. Rooms are good except on the 7th floor having issues of sliding bathroom doors and on the 11th floor the shower heads weren't working properly. My guests had to struggle with the door and ultimately the room had to be changed. Breakfast was great and overall customer service was good. Roshan and Sumitra were very cooperative and they provided us the space in the ball room for dinner and for that we are obliged to them. However, all good words and best efforts went into the drain due to the stomach upset and sever diarrhoea caused to several of our guests the very next day of the marriage function dinner at the hotel on 27th November 2023. The situation was an absolute chaos on 28th morning and a doctor had to be called and emergency ward of hospital was informed to be on stand by. The sad part was that the hotel staff were not ready to take any responsibility and wanted to pass the buck to the wedding cake, despite of the fact that the guests who did not eat cake were also suffering from diarrhoea. At least 10 families from the groom side were also suffering from Diarrhoea including groom's younger brother. If this would have happened in USA, then certainly the hotel would have faced huge law suit running into million of dollars, together with the seizure of food and the kitchen. But we did not go for that or filing an FIR due to the nice behaviour of Roshan and Sumitra. The intention was not to make them suffer the way we suffered but to make them realize about the seriousness of the situation. We hope, hotel will take corrective measure to avoid repeat of the situation.

Stayed at this hotel for a couple of days for a function. The rooms on the 6 th floor were real good with a small little sitting place outside. Very well maintained. Prompt services. Have a small suggestion. The pool side should not have a full fledged restaurant by the name of sweety's Dhaba. It spoils the ambiance of the pool side completely. Prior night function's snacks and chips are seen floating when you swim in the morning. The gas cylinders & drums of water for washing dishes and cats moving to find food spoils the mood completely. A complete uplift of this is required

The place is located near a good area. I will just tell you about the service part. The staff are friendly no doubt but it was not a very good experience during checkin, the wait was too long. No one was present to pick up the bags from the car into the reception and from reception to into the room. So overall this experience was not a pleasant one.

Our district level principals' seminar was there last week, Everything was conducted superbly with the assist of hotel staff and management, welcomed us with grandeur hospitality, nice and relishing aromatic food, splendid sitting arrangement, cosy , pleasant and unforgettable moments that will be with me forever. Grand and Great Place for your life's any occasion. Worthy as well as healthy atmosphere.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place Vadodara, and I must say it was truly an extraordinary experience. As the hotel is newly constructed it's very good and equipped with all modern amenities. Upon entering the Hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and escorted to my room. The ambiance was lively yet comfortable, creating a perfect setting for a relaxed and comfortable experience. The room was very neat and clean with all morden facilities. In the room you will get a big TV, mini fridge, Phone, alarm clock, electric cattle, glass, cups, water bottle, tea bags, coffee and sugar packets. Rooms are provided with bedding and sofa tables etc. The washroom is also quite good and clean, with a hair dryer, towels, comb, soap, sampoo, toothpaste and brush etc. Now let's talk about the star of the show--the food! It has extensive range of culinary delights that catered to every palate. From traditional Indian delicacies to international cuisines, there was something for everyone. The live cooking stations were a highlight, where talented chefs whipped up mouthwatering dishes right in front of your eyes. Another noteworthy aspect was the attention to detail in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness throughout the hotel. All necessary precautions were taken to ensure the safety and well-being of the guests, which is particularly important in the current times. Good hotel. Very clean and hygienic. We stayed family of 4 in a room which was very spacious and easily accommodated all of us leaving ample vacant space. The food was good. The buffet spread for breakfast and dinner was too good and could easily satisfy everyone's taste buds. The staff was very courteous. Only suggestion is that if a remote control and can be arranged in the room for airconditioner temperature adjustment would be better as it becomes a bit irritating to get up from bed and change the ac temperature at night. Else everything was perfect.

Hyatt Place Vadodara is an excellent hotel to stay., far ahead then other 5 star hotels. Gesture with Guests and kids are really remarkable. Good for food lovers too. Should not forget about cleaning service boys, there was one guy "Ravindra Bante" , his smiling face and service was next to excellent.
