Hyatt Place Pune Hinjawadi - Hotel in Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad - Pune, India

Was there for 2 weeks and the most important thing I liked was people over there who were always on their feet to make you comfortable. Veg Breakfast had plenty of options and were healthy and tasty. Location, Amenities and rich breakfast options are the primary plus about this Hotel. Would like to thank Govind and all other staff for taking care of us during our stay. Will genuinely recommend this hotel.

The thing I have loved most about this hotel is the behavior of employees. So much respect they are providing to guest it's next level. I would 100% recommend this place if you are planning to stay in hinjewadi. Food I had some issues in lunch but that's on personal selection and all. Breakfast is awesome. I prefer breakfast more than having lunch. All options of veg are awesomely good.

Our 3-night stay at Hyatt Place was thoroughly enjoyable. The staff was exceptionally courteous, and we were particularly impressed by Mr. Ashok Shetty's attentive service, as he went above and beyond to cater to our needs. We were impressed with the spacious rooms that provided a comforting stay-back feeling. Moreover, my son loved the swimming pool and had a wonderful time splashing around, the kids' play area was a highlight for my son, and he had a wonderful time there. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We are already looking forward to planning another stay at this hotel in the future.

When I was leaving Hyatt after stay I felt emotional.....its the emotional touch what I received in Hyatt from all the staff. Food was amazing with each and every item carefully prepared. Room and bathroom were very clean.... Wifi speed was super fast.... Overall experience was outstanding...thank you I am looking forward to visit again.

I was her on 12-sept-23 to 13-sept-23. It's very average stay and many of my colleagues don't prefer to stay in Pune Hyatt. 1. As soon I enter Hyatt I got access card to my room. I was happy to checkin. But once I tried opening door I can't. They gave only card but no access. 2. Again I carried all my luggage and came to lobby and informed staff. Now they gave access and sent one of their colleagues. 3. My entire floor was smelling like a used socks. I asked Hyatt person who is assisting me, she informed me that they have washed mats that day so. 4. I checked in, as soon I went to Washroom I noticed it was not properly cleaned. This is not at all acceptable. Even in cheap hotels they clean washroom before assignment. 5. Again I call lobby they didn't pick first attempt, they picked next and sent one of their colleagues to check. It was awful and taught of shifting my room. 6. Again they have shifted me to floor 4, I carried all my luggage with help of Hyatt staff this time. 7. After shifting to new room I can't access wifi. They didn't not update my room details. Again I have called them to update. 8. I satey for two days but,next day when I came back from office I still found used tissues which I throwed previous day. Cleaning and housekeeping was very very poor. 9. One help I received from them was I forgot my bill asked them to mail it and they did. If not I would have travelled all the way back to collect it. Food and breakfast no comments as I have not tried both. Even though breakfast was complimentary I don't want to try and get disappointed. After long day at airport followed by office who wants these kind of drama? It's horrible experience. I won't recommend anyone to stay here.
