I had an amazing experience with my family and the food was delicious. Feel of royalty and luxury was there along with cooperative kind and sweet staff. Security was also very good that I was relaxed for my kids to be in surrounding.

We have booked this place for a wedding in December 2023. This review is on our experience so far. Rooms: Rooms look great. Decent size for 2 pax and very clean. It's a great location. Decoration: First they said, they don't have any issue with outside decorators, then they said they will not allow outside decorators and when we pushed they said they will allow for 50k deposit. We decided to go with their approved decorator (chandrakanth). He did decoration for engagement in our flat and it was beautiful. So no complaints there. But would be nice if they are more clear on their policies. Banquet: They have two Banquet halls in ground floor and LG. They are nice enough, nothing fancy, more appropriate for small events than weddings. But can have a simple wedding decor as well. Veg plate cost in banquet hall is 1850 (without taxes) which seems reasonable. Poolside: They have a beautiful Pool side venue. Though we were told it is of 120 capacity, it looks like 80. Cost of veg plate here is 2500 (without taxes). The reason they gave for high cost is we are not booking full capacity (we booked for 75). I wish the Hyatt website had a transparent pricing policy, so we know we are not charged unfairly for the poolside venue. May be we should have negotiated the price here. Rest all the prices seem fair. Service: Our experience so far with chefs and decorators have been pleasant. Event managers can be better and more supportive.
