Hyatt Place Hampi - Hotel in Toranagallu - Ballari, India

We stayed for 1 night. Instances of mistakes and service being not at par: - First messaged me that only 2 rooms are booked while I had a voucher for 3. - It took 1 hour for them to bring food in restaurant. - After checkout, they called me for payment for cab while I had not even taken the cab. - It too them 20 mins to send someone to pick up the luggage from room for checkout. Location is good. Amenities are good.. Rooms are good. Food is extremely good. But service needs big improvement.

The rooms and hotel are really comfortable,clean and well designed! stuff of hotel were really kind,good,and nice! There's a great pool and a gym. There's a variety of tasty and high quality foods at the dining room. Thank you for everything!we had a great time!

It was a pleasurable experience! The hotel was clean, it is located in a green and beautiful township and there are various available amenities to use, like indoor games, cycling and a big lawn, along with many parks and gardens in the township. The food is also excellent and delicious. The only problem is that there is a little bit of construction work going on in the hotel area and the service isn't great, after calling the reception, you may have to call multiple times to get service. But, these minor drawbacks won't affect your vacation. And also, the bathroom doors didn't have any type of lock, making it weird and difficult to let roommates know that someone is in the washroom.

Located in a calm place and built well. However, some stuff that will inconvenience a lot of guests: 1) the bathroom door lacked a basic lock. So if you are staying with someone jot your partner then it can be a huge risk and embarrassment. 2) Food at the buffet is mostly cold and service had to be reminded repeatedly to switch on the induction stoves. On first day they said there was some problem with electric line and it will be fixed. Nothing changed next day either. 3) we were two adults and two kids starting in one room. Only 2 towels were provided. They have additional upon asking. Other than that the staff is courteous. Don't expect a very large buffet spread. They have a kids gaming room which could have better kept.

The ambiance is awesome, and the service was impeccable. Some cons the hotel was stingy with towels, we had to request more towels on every single day of the stay. Restaurant is great for breakfast. However, Ala carte options are kind of limited, especially if you have dietary restrictions. We had a plunge pool it had a lot of red soil and water looked muddy.

The overall experience was good. Though few pointers There was no welcome drink. Restaurants service was slow and staff looked under trained Staff couple be more attentive and responsive, struggled thorough breakfasts dinner services. Noone was there for assistance for swimming pool Room service was better Location was good Enjoyed the cycle ride, swimming pool,spa and the surrounding area of township

Washroom sinks were leaking and when we requested to repair then no one responded for 30mins ...Even when we requested for tea cups, no one responded at reception. Location is good. Rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet is good too. Staff at buffet and Bar counter were very good
