Hyatt Place Bharuch - Hotel in Bharuch - Bharuch, India

I have visited the place twice. Once with a friend and second with my family. The parking facility is very well maintained and has parking for both four wheelers and two wheelers as well. Ambience of the place is just fantastic. And staff is also very friendly and helps in every aspect. About food, that's great. The menu has options of both veg as well as non-veg options. Price is little higher but that is compensated by the quality of the food and ambience what is given. Foodbis very tasty and you will visit the place again. You won't regret to come to the place.

Went for dining. All you go is for experience. If you have typical Indian tongue, enriched with spices, you may step down. But excellent place if you want an experience. I wish if they had rooftop kind of step covered, if not open as it gives beautiful view of River Narmada. A live music also, I felt would have made this place irreplaceable.

Facade of the hotel is very attractive and coming to the lobby area then it has a great and fascinating ambience. Zing restaurant no doubt will give you a wonderful experience of dinning. Now let's come to the staff and front desk the reception area then I must say that I've never seen such poor staff who even don't solve a single issue of the guests completely. I'm stating it all cause I've faced a lot during my stay in this beautiful 5 star property. During my stay more than 2 times I faced power issue in my room during my meetings with clients and when it comes to informing to them (staff) about your issue resulting in "Okay sir we'll send our electrician" in your room no matter you're comfortable with it or not. And after facing a lot we decided to shift it another room which was our great choice which staff member did. At last I must say please improve your services cause its an international hotel chain you're taking care of.

Excellent place in bharuch.. Bharuch is lucky to have a hotel like this on the main road. Service was super, rooms are excellent, the food and restaurant is amazing and the breakfast is superb.. The only negative I can say about this hotel is its eyesore surroundings.. Also the price is very good for such a nice hotel..

(1)I attended a technical session here . very well organized. good food better than my expectations since food was very tasty . Parking under ground and coming up using lift was pleasant experience. Structure in the session room was tall. very high ceiling levels . overall, experience was very pleasant and think image of Bharuch will b positively impacted with Hyatt Place.(2) my second visit to Hyatt for dinner tonight. siting inside, not able to know for whether I am in bharuch .. multinational feel is there thanks to customers fr alp over globe ..good food .. good service, good ambiance tonight .

Very nice hotel, Nice rooms and friendly staff. They have 24 x 7 restaurant but after 11pm there are only few options available and the food was not good, But other than that breakfast was good. Overall experience was great and will definately visit again.
