For a hotel that has been here for years, it's rooms still feel well maintained and new. Rooms are average sized and is more of a business hotel type ( though I stayed with family and did not miss anything) Breakfast and dinner was included in my plan and was good. Restaurant food is tasty and service is good. I wouldn't call the breakfast buffet as top 10 but it is value for money in variety and taste. Room rates were great considering the location. Staff was real corteous and well-mannered.

Disappointing Experience for International Guests! I recently had a highly frustrating experience with Hyatt, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. I was with a foreign national, and I encountered a significant hurdle during check-in when the hotel insisted on having a physical passport, despite other hotels accepting a digital copy. I made every effort to comply with their requirements by mailing them a picture of the passport and visa, but unfortunately, it was not accepted. This left me unable to stay at the hotel and forced me to book another accommodation at short notice. What bothered me the most about this situation was the lack of flexibility and understanding from the hotel staff. As a traveler, carrying a physical passport is not only inconvenient but also poses security risks. I believe that in this digital age, accepting a soft copy should be a reasonable option, just like other establishments in the area. To add to the frustration, the hotel did not provide any form of compensation or refund for the inconvenience caused. This lack of customer service further exacerbated my disappointment. I strongly advise international guests to consider other options when looking for accommodation in the area. It is disheartening to see a hotel fail to adapt to the evolving needs of travelers and overlook the importance of guest satisfaction. Staying at a place that values convenience, safety, and customer service would be a far better choice. Overall, my experience with Hyatt was deeply unsatisfactory, and I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others.

A lovely hotel booked to bridge our layover in Bangalore before flying out. It is a large corporate-ish hotel, not typically our style but it was a nice respite after travelling in Kerala. We enjoyed the gym and massage facilities. The restaurant had a broad selection, and a nice outside area. Service was attentive. We would stay here again!

Amazing place with great ambience.We stayed there for two nights. Overall the experience was way ahead of our expectations . An luxurious hotel in a great location. Located in the arteries of the city, close to shopping and metro access. Breakfast area is one of the prettiest I've been in (gigantic trees, an infinity pool) and the service was very good .Staff is extremely polite and sweet. Overall the stay would live up to your price and expectations perfectly.

Additionally, there are noticeable lapses in the cleanliness of the establishment, which detracts from the overall ambiance. In order to enhance the overall dining experience, there are several areas that warrant attention and improvement. This establishment has potential, but it requires a concerted effort to elevate it to the level of excellence that discerning patrons anticipate.

The warmth of the Hyatt service is memorable enough to make me re-visit this place. Traffic is dense but location is very very good. People are extremely receptive to their customers. Thank you for paying attention to every single detail that I put out. Its a true test of authenticity and hospitality.

The Hyatt on MG road is an absolutely wonderful property! The location is great! There are lots of shopping and dining options in nearby malls. Public transport (metro) is a few mins walking distance from the property. Service at the place has been simply superb. Special shout out to the check in agent Neena who provided exceptional service to accommodate my needs.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt centric and I must say, it was an absolutely phenomenal experience. The level of service throughout my stay was truly exceptional. The ambience was good. The facilities of this hotel are top notch the location of the hotel was also ideal, whether you are a business traveler or a tourists it's and amazing place to stay. In summary my stay at Hyatt centric exceeded all expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxurious and unforgettable stay.
