Hungry Point - Fast food restaurant in Patiala - Patiala, India

Well first things first, the burger I ordered was paneer burger and the bun/breads of the burger was ultra soft. I was amazed because you get that type of breads only in top level of food chains. The taste is good. Service is good. They have long list.

Worst experience with the staff. Seems unprofessional and took so long to deliver the order and also the pizza was not hot as they don't deliver orders as per sequence.

Had the worst experience at only this particular outlet in "Patiala", as I've already tried the Franchise in "Nahan (HP) & Nabha", both are extremely good & of best quality!! The Veg Deluxe pizza was not at all good in taste, poor preparation...I had ordered extra cheese, which was clearly missing. Toppings were minimum and were not set on the base. Most importantly, the staff was idle, it's not like they had a queue of orders lined up. It was only our order at that point of time, yet it was poorly prepared!! From the atmosphere perspective, there were flies in the seating area, so I would still not consider this place to be hygienic.

Great taste but sometimes they take more time to serve the food.

Food in very cheap price and good quality and owsme service

I called to order for a pizza ....the person who attended my call was rude with me on call ....i politely said to talk generously but that person again talked with me rudely and said she's the owner so m not going to order from there now ....plz make sure to train your staff to talk nicely and generously.

Taking to much time to prepare order

I have ordered food from this place for like 50-60 times. Till now.. the food is always fresh and tasty. Also it is pocket friendly.
