Good food. reasonable price. Washroom looks neat and clean. Parking available for 6 to 7 cars . Must visit spot for non-vegetarian. Located in traffic area can expect heavy crowds at times .Average atmosphere.

The place has a really good ambience and has got some really good food. Tried the special salad, which was something different ,and not yet tasted. The chicken was grilled soft and juicy. The combination with fruits and veggies is really a nice one. The alfam was also good. The rumali roti is really soft. The sides -mayonnise and green chutney were also tasty. There is parking within and opposite. There is no air conditioned space however, which causes more heat from within the kitchens to spread in the dining area,which was undesirable. But otherwise a nice suggestion for a good eatery.

One of the best restaurant with good food and decent service. Staffs are well behaved and attentive. Since the grill bay and dining area are side by side, it'll be a bit hot inside. Parking space provided can only accommodate maximum 4,5 cars.

A busy restaurant at the heart of Kochi. They have roadside parking for about 10 cars. It is not suggested to go there during a busy time, hoping that you will get a parking space. The ambience of the restaurant is good, and the food is also above average. Their Chicken Manakish is very good and has a good portion. Biriyani and chop suey are strictly average. Overall, I had a nice lunch there with a bunch of my friends.

We were here for lunch and ordered pothi biriyani , tandoori roti and chicken roast. Pothi biriyani is a biriyani that is wrapped in a banana leaf. It includes enough quantity of rice , one piece of dum boiled chicken , 3 pieces of spicy floured chicken roast and a boiled egg. The biriyani was served with raita and lemon pickle. The biriyani was really good and a good choice for lunch. It fills your tummy and taste buds. Tandoori roti was really soft and it goes well with the chicken roast. We ordered mini falooda for dessert, and as the name implies, it was a falooda in mini quantity. It was a good choice for mini desert. Not too heavy and does not overfill your stomach after a good lunch. To end the lunch we ordered black tea , normal tea and a fresh lime . The black tea comes with mint leaves and mint flavour hits first when you sip it. As a personal preference, I like the mint flavour, and especially enjoyed the black tea. If you don't like mint , please request the staff to avoid the mint leaves in your order. The nornal tea was also good and the fresh lime too. The service was excellent. If you are a biriyani lover please go and try the pothi biriyani. Me and my tummy was happy after the lunch at hungry plates

I make sure to visit this place every time I travel to ernakulam because the food has stayed with me for a long time. Although crowded at peak times in a day it just goes to show how good the place is. I've tried quite a few dishes and I think they were very delectable. I would go back to Hungry Plates and take my group here on any trip.

Great food. The al faham is really delicious. The fried rices was also real good. The combo plates are really worth taking.
