Absolutely loved the stay in this hotel. Rooms are clean with all the facilities, even the breakfast they serve is also tasty. Staff is so friendly and always ready to help. I loved how the manager himself went an extra mile for us to arrange a cab when we had no transportation available. Would definitely recommend this, however, since it is located in a busy area you will need to tolerate the traffic noises.
Hotel is very near to Railway station and Mall road. So you can walk and shop as much as you can. Place is in busy area so people looking for peace and calm environment is not suitable. Staff is co-operative and humble. Need to improve on basics as washroom flush was not working. Water tap had very less flow water. Although staff is good and sorted the issues quickly.

We stayed there for two days. It was a memorable stay. We reached Darjeeling via toy train. It was a 5 mins walk from Darjeeling station and was on the main road just opposite of Reliance Trends. One thing standout for me was the behaviour of the hotel stuffs. They were very friendly and helpful. With fantastic room service and food I give Humro Himalayan Orchid a perfect 5. Only complaint I had was with the cloudy, gloomy weather.
I just want to say about this hotel is that the hotel is at the great location hardly 200-300 metres from Darjeeling toy train railway station. And the service of this hotel staff is very much helpful. The Room are very much neat and clean. I will strongly prefer this hotel.
