Heard a lot about this cafe so tried it in Indiranagar. Its a coffee place with plenty of options.. however, not many options to eat. But you'll get many dessert options. Service was not that great. Food was almost finished and baristas were still roaming brewing our coffee. Both our Sandwiches and Coffee were good but Very expensive compared to Lavonne, Third wave cafe, etc. which have much better options to eat as well.
We went here on a Sunday evening and we had the following, Potato cream cheese pie, Pizza Pie, Mango dessert (it's called Mangnuer or something), Cold coffee and Mocha. While I didn't enjoy their coffee, the food was excellent, I thought. The standout was the Potato pie and I loved that!
Not Tourist friendly. I used to come here 3 times a week and after a few months away somethings changed and they just never have change for cash purchases and are apathetic about it so many times I've tried to visit here they've lost my business. I'd normally buy two coffees anyway and spend 500 a day plus food but the attitude is just off. It's no mystery that foreigners visiting this town will be happy to pay 250 for a good coffee or 2 but we don't have access to UPI and need to use cash. The coffee here is excellent, food is average and atmosphere is great. I won't be back though after many embarrassing attempts to patron this store. There are a few nice places on 12th main, a 5min walk away, with excellent everything that happily take cash and give change everyday day I go.
The coffee is great but not very different than the places of the same type. The interiors is very beautifully done and it shows the care they have taken in doing so. Will visit again for the cold or manual brew but not for food.
Bangalore needed a place like this ! A truly professional set up serving not just great coffee but coffee and food pairing experience too. Staff is polite, service oriented and highly knowledgeable about what they are serving to the customers which is not very common in Bangalore. Obviously, time and effort has gone into training them. Kudos ! If you are a coffee connoisseur then this place is a must visit. India grows great coffee and it was about time somebody did justice to serving that coffee in style. Humble Bean does that very well and they do know their beans very well.
Newly opened coffee bar with many types and flavors of manual brews. Coffee tastes amazing. Price on higher side. Sandwiches are good. Parking is not available. We have to park in some lanes nearby. Humble staff and explain the menu very well. Their coffee beans are sourced from local farmers, and coffee tasted much better than those so-called famous chain stores.
It's a good place and so is the ambiance and service. However for the pricing the coffee provided was cold not a bit hot. Considering it's freshly brewed after placing order. There are different varieties of coffees but for the pricing not at par. We just left without picking up stuff. Sustainability is an issue
Ever since I saw this cafe under construction, I've been looking forward to visiting it. Located on a road that's slowly getting more and more popular with cafes, HumbleBean gets a lot of things right. Ambience is chic and modern, with the cafe overlooking lovely trees at the back. I tried the cappuccino which was excellent and the Rose Blueberry Tart which was soooo delicious. Must try! Staff are polite and friendly. Only thing I didn't like was the table - the base is a heavy chunk that makes it uncomfortable to sit for long. Anyway to change that maybe or is the intent to make sure customers don't get too comfy?
