Doctor looks professional but staff needs better education and should learn to talk well with patients. They don't follow check list to guide on Do's and don't to the patient. They are telling only when we ask. I had a fracture to my foot, they didn't advise me to keep my foot elivated, after second visit advised me to elevate my foot, when no improvement in swelling. It's frustrating to know these very basics after 15 days of suffering. In addition to filing Xerox copies of doc acheivements, I suggest to file two more papers on instructions to patients. Please follow basic things first. With current staff I have don't recommend this Doc. Or doctor should take a minute to explain everything to patient.

Worst experience I ever had visiting a hospital. Went to see a doctor as I was suffering with neck pain, paid 300 as consultation fee, soon post checkup was asked to pay 350 for injection which wasn't mentioned in the prescription. When I asked for what they are charging 350/- everyone on the floor were acting as if no one asked. I was adamant to know what kind of injection it is so that I can get it from pharmacy then they asked just 100/- to give injection which they already had it seems. Worst hospital, would love to give ratings in negative starts if there were any.

Worst experience pathetic staff unhygienic hospital . they don't need a consent of patient before starting a treatment.. I got consultation done and doctor didn't explain what could be the provisional diagnosis. Directly asked to get the IV infusion done nd then shell write the test.without asking patients permission staff hastened in arranging IV. When askd wats d price & which medicines are given in IV.dey sd 3000rs(too commercial) & were not ready to give medicine detail.they sd they hv in der hospital &would let us know d medicine name after bill payment &infusion.. doc didn't evn askd for any medical history.. I only told & she was exaggerating & making us panic so dt we shud get the IV done ..

Real pleasant experience with the doctor... Diagnosis was really quick and precise with minimal tests.. Dr. Gives quality time listening to all the problems.. I m a doctor and I had a surgery in this hospital it was very pleasant ...sterile environment ...cooperative and positive staff !! Very affordable and easy on pocket for ppl who can't afford too.... being a dr. myself I can say Dr. Jawad zar sir is the best and most humble Dr. I've ever met

I went to this hospital at an emergency state with my son, they refused to admit my son into the hospital since his case was severe. He was out of breath, he needed an oxygen mask and the hospital refused to take him. What a heartless hospital.

Worst experience ever in Hyderabad ! Very unprofessional first they charged consultation fees 500/- then after that they charged 1600/- just for iv and 2 injections

I have been visiting Jawad clinic before 5 year's.my grand father and uncle,s used to come to them most trustworry doctor,s like bats is trusted for its quality in footwear so in orthopaedic it is Dr.Jawad clinic now human touch hospital.

All the credit for my successful total joint replacement goes to my doctor at human touch hospital and his staff.They made so easy during the post __ rehab program that recovery was quick time thank you so much Dr.MIR JAWAD ZAR KHAN SIR.
