If you're looking to train, get stronger, lose weight, get into powerlifting or bodybuilding, whatever is it....this gym is perfect for it. The staff are really helpful and supportive and they have some excellent PT's here. Wouldn't train at any other gym. The equipment is varied and plenty there to train for all types of training. Just pop in for yourself.
