A good place to watch movies at affordable price. The movie theater is on the 3rd floor. I recently went there to watch The Nun II. The hub mall is also good with McD and Indian snacks as well. Overall good experience. The only issue I felt is that if you are traveling from kandivali side then there is a long u turn that has to be taken.

Talking about screen 2 , its good , the sound quality and picture quality was good! The carpet was somehow unhygienic and not cleaned properly! Hygiene was somewhat good, fellow viewers were not civilized, like loudly talking in between, passing comments! Overall experience is good if you are looking for budget friendly theatre then go for it! 3.5 stars out of 5!
